By placing an order on Melon Hound, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand, seasonal launches, holidays, or promotional campaigns, processing times may extend slightly to ensure quality control and accurate fulfillment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information whenever available.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated shipping times may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, weather conditions, and local courier operations.
Italy
- Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days
Europe
- Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days
United Kingdom
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
International Orders
- Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking details are provided for most orders once the shipment is dispatched.
In some cases, tracking updates may take several days to appear while the carrier scans the parcel into their system.
If your tracking appears inactive immediately after shipment, we recommend waiting 48–72 hours before requesting assistance.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- destination country,
- package size,
- shipping method selected,
- promotional shipping offers.
From time to time, Melon Hound may offer free shipping campaigns on eligible orders.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Melon Hound.
We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Melon Hound is not responsible for:
- delays caused by incorrect addresses,
- failed deliveries due to incomplete information,
- parcels returned by the courier because of customer input errors.

We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered fulfillment.
LOST, DELAYED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
While we work closely with trusted logistics partners, Melon Hound cannot guarantee carrier performance after a parcel has been handed over for shipment.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- checking with household members or neighbors,
- contacting the local courier,
- verifying the shipping address entered during checkout.
If additional support is needed, our team will gladly assist in opening a carrier investigation when applicable.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
To optimize logistics and delivery speed, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
This is normal and does not mean any products are missing.
REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is refused by the recipient or remains unclaimed, any return shipping fees, customs costs, or handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
